Agenda for meeting as follows:

• Meeting will begin with Eagle Court of Honor for Nicholas Alfonso.
• Eagle Project Updates:
o Tony S.
o Vasili B.
• Popcorn fundraiser ongoing. Please try to sell more popcorn this year. Popcorn orders due on October 26th.
• Elections for results:
o SPL: Michael P.
o ASPL: John G.
• Need to find roles for the following positions:
o Quartermaster
o Scribe
• Patrols
o The Scoutmaster will approve patrol names. Only four patrols currently have approved names: Eagles, Beavers, Jaguars and Spartans. The two Patrols need to have new names.
o Each week Patrol Leaders need to have an agenda on what they are working on with their Patrol, and approved by the Scoutmaster.
o Eagle Patrol will consist of Eagle Scouts, and will be assigned each week to one of the five Patrols to assist the Scouts in their advancement.
• Each of your parents should have received an email on setting up Scoutbook. Your parents need to give you access to Scoutbook. Scoutbook is an electronic version of your advancements and an easy way to follow your progress.
• All information about the Troop is on the website. Please use this as your first option for information. If you see something added to the website, please see Mr. Giannisis, our Webmaster.
• Next Camping Trip Saturday October 27th to Durland Camp Reservation in Putnam County; Cabin is for 30 campers only. First 30 to register get cots. Priority given to Boy Scouts. Must be a registered Adult Leader to attend. Cost $35 per Scout. Collecting deposits and reservations.
• Campers for next week need to put together a menu; lunch and dinner for Saturday; breakfast for Sunday.
