September 28 Agenda for meeting as follows:
- Christian G. had his Eagle Court of Honor last Saturday
- Full uniforms and Boy Scout Books are required for all meetings unless otherwise instructed
- Volunteers for the St. Nicholas Festival are required for Thursday to Sunday
- Adult volunteers are required for the St. Nicholas Festival as well

- Popcorn fundraiser ongoing. Please try to sell more popcorn this year.
- Elections for SPL. New for this year, we will have SPL elected for 6 months, and a new election in February for another 6 months. It gives Leadership opportunities for other Scouts in the Troop. Elections will be held next meeting, Friday October 12th. If you are interested in running you must be 1st Class rank and above, and have met with the Scoutmaster for approval to run. I will be meeting with candidates after the Court of Honor.
- Patrols
- Patrol names must have names that are approved by the Scoutmaster. Only two patrols currently have approved names: Beavers and Spartans. The other three Patrols need to have new names.
- Patrols will need to have elections on Friday October 12th to select their Patrol Leader and Asst. Patrol Leader. You must be 1st Class and above for Patrol Leader.
- Each week Patrol Leaders need to have an agenda on what they are working on with their Patrol, and approved by the Scoutmaster
- Eagle Patrol will consist of Eagle Scouts, and will be assigned each week to one of the five Patrols to assist the Scouts in their advancement
- Each of your parents should have received an email on setting up Scoutbook. Your parents need to give you access to Scoutbook. Scoutbook is an electronic version of your advancements and an easy way to follow your progress.
- All information about the Troop is on the website. Please use this as your first option for information. If you see something added to the website, please see Mr. Giannisis, our Webmaster.
- Next Camping Trip Saturday October 27th to Durland Camp Reservation in Putnam County; Cabin is for 30 campers only. First 30 to register get cots. Priority given to Boy Scouts. Must be a registered Adult Leader to attend. Cost $35 per Scout.
- Court of Honor – Summer Merit Badges distribution
